I’ve been with Rick Verst (State Farm Agent) and his team for years now and it’s the best decision ive ever made. I needed something silly today and wasn’t able to speak with anyone but left a message and within 10mins Josh Gatian with State Farm had returned my call and had all the answers and faxed the necessary paperwork I needed and that’s important not only to me but to everyone. Y’all are the best keep up the terrific job and thanks to everyone for always being there even when you’re not. Max is the kind of straight forward, helpful, and polite representative you want when youre trying to get something done easily. He was articulate and was able to answer me quickly whenever I had an inquiry, and despite some of my more awkwardly worded questions he managed to provide me the answers I needed. Also we managed to wrap up adding some changes to my policy over the phone and via email in about 30 minutes, speedy and efficient is great when you've had a long day.
